Just got back from Boston with Joanna. We spent the afternoon in the city, eating lunch at Fire and Ice. What a place. We took Jose and Rodrigo Fragachan, and their friend from home named Jose. Great guys.
After lunch we went over to their new apartment in Quincy. Holy shit, what a place! Brand new apartment: two bedrooms, two full baths, big living area, seventh floor. 1100 square feet. They also get two parking spots in the underground garage, along with access to a recreational room for working out, and a nice conference room with a flat screen TV that they can reserve. On top of that, it's right next to a nice mall with good food, and is about a 2 minute walk to the Red Line. 15 minute commute. The place is called Ten Faxon. I'd love to live in a place like that in my 20's.
Right now I'm at Joanna's place waiting for her parents to show up so we can clean the place. Sox had a nice win last night. Looking for more tonight. The weather has really cleared up. When the train arrived in Boston (we took the Commuter Rail in), it was pouring. Then it started to wind down, now it's sunny and nice. You have to hand it to New England. Strange weather.
